M\u00e9lyre \u00e9p\u00fclt, visszat\u00e9r\u0151 gondolkod\u00e1si, \u00e9rzelmi \u00e9s viselked\u00e9si mint\u00e1k, amelyek \u00e9szrev\u00e9tlen\u00fcl rendezik a figyelmedet, torz\u00edtj\u00e1k a meg\u00edt\u00e9l\u00e9sedet, \u00e9s v\u00e9gs\u0151 soron \u00fczleti d\u00f6nt\u00e9seidet is. Coachk\u00e9nt pontosan itt dolgozom: nem az \u201eakarater\u0151t\u201d pump\u00e1lom, hanem a d\u00f6nt\u00e9seid alatt fut\u00f3 rejtett programokat teszem l\u00e1that\u00f3v\u00e1, majd k\u00e9zzelfoghat\u00f3 m\u0171k\u00f6d\u00e9si k\u00eds\u00e9rletekkel \u00e1t\u00edrhat\u00f3v\u00e1. Ha egy vezet\u0151 a \u201ekontroll mindent visz\u201d s\u00e9m\u00e1b\u00f3l m\u0171k\u00f6dik, deleg\u00e1l\u00e1s helyett mikromenedzsel, t\u00falterheli mag\u00e1t, \u00e9s k\u00f6z\u00e9pvezet\u0151i r\u00e9tegek b\u00e9nulnak le k\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00f6tte. Tiszta diagn\u00f3zist, f\u00f3kuszt \u00e9s sz\u00e1monk\u00e9rhet\u0151 akci\u00f3kat igen.<\/p>\n<h2>Mi a s\u00e9ma az \u00fczleti gyakorlatban<\/h2>\n<p>A s\u00e9ma egy bels\u0151 szervez\u0151elv: tapasztalatb\u00f3l (gyerekkori \u00e9s feln\u0151ttkori) sz\u00e1rmaz\u00f3 meggy\u0151z\u0151d\u00e9sek, \u00e9rzelmi reflexek \u00e9s automatikus viselked\u00e9sek \u00f6sszekapcsol\u00f3d\u00f3 h\u00e1l\u00f3zata. Nem azonos a kognit\u00edv torz\u00edt\u00e1sokkal (pl. meger\u0151s\u00edt\u00e9si torz\u00edt\u00e1s), b\u00e1r egy\u00fctt mozognak: a s\u00e9ma \u201em\u00e9lyebb\u201d szerkezet, amely torz\u00edt\u00e1sokat h\u00edv el\u0151, \u00e9s kiv\u00e1lasztja, milyen helyzetekre \u201eharap\u201d r\u00e1 az idegrendszered. \u00dczleti kontextusban a s\u00e9m\u00e1k jellemz\u0151en a kontrollr\u00f3l, a kompetenci\u00e1r\u00f3l, az elismer\u00e9sr\u0151l, a biztons\u00e1gr\u00f3l \u00e9s a kapcsol\u00f3d\u00e1sr\u00f3l sz\u00f3lnak. Ilyenkor nem csak \u201emit gondolsz\u201d sz\u00e1m\u00edt, hanem \u201ehogyan \u00e9rzel\u201d, amikor deleg\u00e1lni kell; \u201ehogyan szorulsz \u00f6ssze\u201d, amikor hib\u00e1t kell v\u00e1llalnod; vagy \u201ehogyan fesz\u00fcl be a v\u00e1llad\u201d, amikor konfliktust viszel be a meetingre. A s\u00e9ma h\u00e1rom s\u00edkon dolgozik: gondolat (narrat\u00edva), \u00e9rzelem (fesz\u00fclts\u00e9g, sz\u00e9gyen, d\u00fch, f\u00e9lelem), viselked\u00e9s (elker\u00fcl\u00e9s, t\u00falkompenz\u00e1l\u00e1s, r\u00e1tapad\u00e1s).
