Nem csodaszer, \u00e9s nem meg\u00fasz\u00e1s: a coaching annyit \u00edg\u00e9r, amennyit beleteszel \u2013 \u00e9s pontosan ez\u00e9rt m\u0171k\u00f6dik. Ha j\u00f3l csin\u00e1ljuk, az \u00fcl\u00e9s nem \u201esz\u00e9p besz\u00e9lget\u00e9s\u201d, hanem f\u00f3kusz\u00e1lt halad\u00e1s: mi a c\u00e9l, hol \u00e1llsz most, mi akad\u00e1lyoz, mit teszel holnap reggelig. Eger perspekt\u00edv\u00e1j\u00e1b\u00f3l mindez k\u00fcl\u00f6n\u00f6sen izgalmas. Tegezlek, mert a coachingban sincs t\u00e1vols\u00e1gtart\u00f3 udvariass\u00e1g: a k\u00f6z\u00f6s munka l\u00e9nyege, hogy \u0151szint\u00e9n r\u00e1n\u00e9zz\u00fcnk arra, ami m\u0171k\u00f6dik \u2013 \u00e9s arra is, ami nem.<\/p>\n<h2>Mi a life coaching \u2013 \u00e9s mi nem az<\/h2>\n<p>A life coaching struktur\u00e1lt besz\u00e9lget\u00e9ssorozat, amelynek c\u00e9lja a teljes\u00edtm\u00e9nyed, j\u00f3ll\u00e9ted \u00e9s d\u00f6nt\u00e9sk\u00e9pess\u00e9ged jav\u00edt\u00e1sa a jelenb\u0151l kiindulva. A f\u00f3kusz a c\u00e9lokon, szok\u00e1sokon, m\u0171k\u00f6d\u00e9si mint\u00e1kon van \u2013 nem a m\u00faltbeli traum\u00e1k feldolgoz\u00e1s\u00e1n. A coach szerepe nem tan\u00e1csad\u00f3 \u00e9s nem terapeuta, hanem gondolkod\u00e1si partner: k\u00e9rdez, t\u00fckr\u00f6t tart, rendszert ad, seg\u00edt prioriz\u00e1lni \u00e9s k\u00f6vetkezetesen sz\u00e1mon k\u00e9ri a v\u00e1llal\u00e1sokat. A besz\u00e9lget\u00e9sekben helye van az \u00e9rzelmeknek is, mert d\u00f6nteni \u00fagy tudsz j\u00f3l, ha \u00e9rted, mi mozgat. De a munka nem az \u00e9rzelmi elakad\u00e1sok m\u00e9lyter\u00e1pi\u00e1ja, hanem a cselekv\u00e9s min\u0151s\u00e9g\u00e9nek jav\u00edt\u00e1sa. J\u00f3 coach eset\u00e9n vil\u00e1gos szerz\u0151d\u00e9s sz\u00fcletik: mire szerz\u0151d\u00fcnk, hogyan m\u00e9rj\u00fck az el\u0151rehalad\u00e1st, milyen gyakoris\u00e1ggal tal\u00e1lkozunk, mikor tekintj\u00fck befejezettnek. Ha ment\u00e1lis eg\u00e9szs\u00e9g\u00fcgyi kock\u00e1zat l\u00e1tszik, etikus coach pszichol\u00f3gushoz vagy pszichi\u00e1terhez ir\u00e1ny\u00edt. Ha szakmai recept kell (pl. ad\u00f3z\u00e1si k\u00e9rd\u00e9s, jog), akkor szak\u00e9rt\u0151h\u00f6z k\u00fcld. A coaching ereje \u00e9pp ebben az al\u00e1zatban van: azt csin\u00e1ljuk, amiben ez a m\u00f3dszer er\u0151s \u2013 \u00e9s nem v\u00e1llaljuk, amire m\u00e1s szakma val\u00f3.<\/p>\n<h2>Milyen \u00e9lethelyzetekben seg\u00edt a coaching<\/h2>\n<p>Tipikus egri helyzetek, ahol a coaching l\u00e1tv\u00e1nyos seg\u00edts\u00e9g: karrierv\u00e1lt\u00e1s (vid\u00e9kr\u0151l Budapestre, vagy \u00e9pp vissza; alkalmazotti l\u00e9tb\u0151l v\u00e1llalkoz\u00e1sba), vezet\u0151v\u00e9 v\u00e1l\u00e1s (egykori koll\u00e9g\u00e1k ir\u00e1ny\u00edt\u00e1sa), hat\u00e9konyabb id\u0151gazd\u00e1lkod\u00e1s (v\u00e1llalkoz\u00e1s + csal\u00e1d + tanul\u00e1s), ki\u00e9g\u00e9s-megel\u0151z\u00e9s (tart\u00f3s t\u00falterhel\u00e9s), konfliktuskezel\u00e9s (csapaton bel\u00fcl, csal\u00e1di v\u00e1llalkoz\u00e1sban), mag\u00e1n\u00e9leti d\u00f6nt\u00e9sek (\u00f6sszek\u00f6lt\u00f6z\u00e9s, gyermekv\u00e1llal\u00e1s id\u0151z\u00edt\u00e9se), \u00f6nbizalom \u00e9s hat\u00e1rh\u00faz\u00e1s (nemet mond\u00e1s, fell\u00e9p\u00e9s), eg\u00e9szs\u00e9ges szok\u00e1sok be\u00e9p\u00edt\u00e9se (alv\u00e1s, mozg\u00e1s, digit\u00e1lis higi\u00e9n\u00e9). A mint\u00e1zat mindenhol hasonl\u00f3: tiszt\u00e1zunk, v\u00e1lasztunk, elk\u00f6telez\u0151d\u00fcnk \u00e9s m\u00e9r\u00fcnk. N\u00e9h\u00e1ny jel, hogy \u00e9rdemes coachhoz fordulnod: <b>tart\u00f3s halogat\u00e1s<\/b> fontos \u00fcgyekben; <b>p\u00f6rget\u00e9s<\/b> sok feladattal, kev\u00e9s eredm\u00e9nnyel; <b>bizonytalans\u00e1g<\/b> d\u00f6nt\u00e9sn\u00e9l; <b>konfliktusker\u00fcl\u00e9s<\/b> vagy \u00e9pp t\u00falfesz\u00fcl\u00e9s; <b>energiahi\u00e1ny<\/b> reggelente; <b>nem sz\u00edvesen m\u00e9sz haza a saj\u00e1t \u00e9letedbe<\/b>. Ezek m\u00f6g\u00f6tt sokszor nem \u201enagy\u201d probl\u00e9ma, hanem n\u00e9h\u00e1ny rossz d\u00f6nt\u00e9s \u00e9s k\u00f6vetkezetlens\u00e9g \u00e1ll. A coaching nem \u00edt\u00e9lkezik; sz\u00e1mokkal, szok\u00e1sokkal dolgozik. Nem kell \u201ek\u00e9sznek\u201d lenned a kezdethez: el\u00e9g, ha k\u00e9szen \u00e1llsz \u0151szint\u00e9n megn\u00e9zni, mi az els\u0151 <i>k\u00f6vetkez\u0151<\/i> l\u00e9p\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<h2>A folyamat menete Egerben \u2013 keretek \u00e9s ritmus<\/h2>\n<p>Egy tipikus folyamat 6\u201310 \u00fcl\u00e9sb\u0151l \u00e1ll, 2\u20133 hetente, 60\u201390 perces blokkokban. Lehet\u0151s\u00e9g szerint be\u00e9p\u00edt\u00fcnk mikro-szok\u00e1sokat (pl. 10 perces reggeli tervez\u00e9s), d\u00f6nt\u00e9si protokollt (pl. \u201eha valami 2 percn\u00e9l kevesebb, azonnal elv\u00e9gzem\u201d), \u00e9s visszajelz\u00e9si k\u00f6rt (csapatodt\u00f3l, p\u00e1rodt\u00f3l). Egerben sokan szeretik a vegyes modellt: szem\u00e9lyes nyit\u00e1s \u00e9s z\u00e1r\u00e1s, k\u00f6zte online \u00fcl\u00e9sek \u2013 ez rugalmas \u00e9s id\u0151k\u00edm\u00e9l\u0151. Nincs \u201eh\u00e1zi feladat\u201d n\u00e9lk\u00fcl tart\u00f3s v\u00e1ltoz\u00e1s.<\/p>\n<h2>Coaching, ter\u00e1pia, tan\u00e1csad\u00e1s \u2013 tiszta hat\u00e1rok<\/h2>\n<p>Az al\u00e1bbi \u00f6sszefoglal\u00f3 seg\u00edt elhelyezni, mikor melyik megk\u00f6zel\u00edt\u00e9s val\u00f3. Azt is l\u00e1tjuk, hogy nem mindegy, milyen k\u00e9rd\u00e9sben dolgozunk: viselked\u00e9ses, d\u00f6nt\u00e9si \u00e9s szok\u00e1s-szint\u0171 c\u00e9lokn\u00e1l gyorsabb a hozam, mint m\u00e9ly, identit\u00e1sszint\u0171 dilemm\u00e1kn\u00e1l. Hat a coach k\u00e9pzetts\u00e9ge \u00e9s a m\u00f3dszertani fegyelem, de legal\u00e1bb ennyire a <i>kapcsolat min\u0151s\u00e9ge<\/i>: a bizalom, a szerz\u0151d\u00e9s tisztas\u00e1ga \u00e9s az, hogy mennyire veszed komolyan a v\u00e1llal\u00e1saidat. Az empirikus eredm\u00e9nyek egybecsengenek a gyakorlati tapasztalattal: a coaching j\u00f3 befektet\u00e9s, ha <b>konkr\u00e9t c\u00e9lra<\/b> szerz\u0151d\u00fcnk, <b>m\u00e9rj\u00fck<\/b> az utat, \u00e9s <b>dolgozunk<\/b> az \u00fcl\u00e9sek k\u00f6z\u00f6tt. Ha puszta \u201ebesz\u00e9lget\u00e9st\u201d v\u00e1rsz, csal\u00f3dni fogsz.
